Onsite Repairs
No need to unplug your computer and struggle to the shop. We will visit you at home, will no call out charge*. Our in home service is also available outside office hours. Call today for further details.
Collect and return
Sometimes it may be more cost effective for your computer to be repaired in our workshop. At DCS Southwest we offer a free Collect and Return Service. We will arrange for your system to be collected, repaired and returned. You only pay for the repair*.

Remote Support
Our Remote Support System enables us to connect directly to you PC. This enables us to view error messages on your screen or completely take control, obviously with your permission. When a session is complete we have no way accessing you system, for peace of mind.
