Charitylog is a sophisticated set of Versions, Modules, Extensions and Portals. There are two versions - Clients and Carers. There are currently some 12 modules, 9 of which can be switched on or off to suit your requirements.
These 9 modules include our Extension Database Module which gives you the ability to create your own data sets, link them to your main data and create your own reports.
Charitylog has developed an extension to the Support Module. It enhances your ability to manage support services giving service/client matching and logistical optimisation.
Your Charitylog can be included as part of a public or private portal, giving access for self referral, managing individual budgets, pooling resources etc.
Charitylog provides a strong framework for collaboration and partnership working on specific projects and/or between organisations and their national or regional offices.
The schematic below sets out the structure of the system.
Making sense of it all.
Charitylog is a fully web-based Contact Management System which provides the Third Sector, Charities and NFP Organisations with a single, unified, secure, web-based database.
Charitylog is a secure web-based database protected at both the organisational and user level for maximum security, meaning that different groups of people within an organisation can easily be set up to have different access levels. Access to the system is strictly restricted to authorised users who can be easily added, edited or removed by an administrator.
Charitylog CustomerPutting all your data in one place simplifies the running of your organisation, it makes producing reports easy to do and provides unprecedented levels of security.
Charitylog allows you to interact with your clients and run your business from anywhere with an internet connection.
You maintain a full and detailed history of your dealings with your clients, their carers and associated professionals as well as managing the services you provide.
Charitylog allows you to create reports and outcomes, produce letters and export statistics often at the touch of a button, allowing reports and statistics to be quickly and accurately produced for parent organisations, local authorities and funders. A fundamental feature for any charity database.
Charitylog is already utilised extensively throughout England and Wales amongst organisations such as Age UK / Age Concern, Mind, Housing Associations, Carer Support Organisations and other Not-for-Profit (NFP) or Charity Organisations.
